Job summary

Qode is seeking a flexible Pharmacy Technician to join our remote team. You will manage prescription data, assist with admin tasks, and communicate with patients, pharmacies, and providers.

No experience required for entry-level; training provided. For experienced candidates, opportunities to optimize workflows and mentor others.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Tech-savvy with willingness to learn pharmacy management software.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
• 2+ years of experience in remote pharmacy support or administrative roles.
• Experience developing and optimizing pharmacy data workflows.
• Ability to mentor and train new team members remotely.
• Coordinate communication across departments and pharmacy teams.
• Knowledge of remote-work best practices and tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update prescription and patient data in pharmacy systems.
• Support medication inventory management and digital record keeping.
• Assist with administrative duties such as verifying insurance information, responding to patient inquiries, and scheduling.
• Manage digital documentation, including scanning, filing, and organizing pharmacy records.
• Perform basic data verification and quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members remotely to support pharmacy operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive patient and pharmacy information.
