Job summary

Onco360 Oncology Pharmacy is seeking licensed pharmacy technicians for full-time phone support roles in a remote-capable environment after an initial onsite training period in Waltham, MA. Starting wages begin at $23.00 per hour with a $3.00 weekend differential and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before December 28, 2026.

Responsibilities include assisting healthcare providers and patients by phone, coordinating refills with physicians, handling insurance issues, and serving as the main point

Qualifications

• Licensed/registered pharmacy technician per state law
• Pharmacy technician with 1+ years of experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology and drug names

Responsibilities

• Assist health care providers and patients by phone; answer questions and requests
• Coordinate medication refill deliveries with patients and physician offices
• Work with insurance companies on rejected claims and prior authorizations
• Serve as primary contact for calls to patients and physicians
