NTT DATA Services is seeking Pharmacy Technicians/CSR for a remote 1-year contract role. You will handle in-bound Prior Authorization calls from providers, pharmacies and members, delivering professional support through the authorization criteria.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in high-volume healthcare call centers, knowledge of medical terminology, and experience with MS Office. Training occurs for about six weeks; shifts available Mon-Fri with varied hours. Compensation starts at $20 per hour.
NTT DATA Services currently seeking Pharmacy Technicians/CSR for a remote contract opportunity. This is a 1 year contract role.
2 shifts available:
Mon-Fri 11a-11p (8 hour shift) CST; Training M-F for approx. 6 weeks, 8AM-4:30PM CST (OR)
Mon-Fri 8am-8pm (8 hour shift) CST; Training M-F for approx. 6 weeks 8am-4:30pm
Pay rate $20 per hour.
Primary duties include taking Prior Auth in-bound calls from providers, pharmacies, members, etc providing professional and courteous phone assistance to all callers through the criteria based prior authorization process. Maintains complete, timely and accurate documentation of reviews. Transfers all clinical questions, escalations and judgement calls to the pharmacist team.
Will also assist with other duties as needed to include but not limited to: outbound calls, reviewing and processing Prior Auth’s received via fax and ePA, monitoring and responding to inquiries via department mailboxes and other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $20.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
