Job summary

Rightway is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join the Operations team in the United States. You will be the first point of contact for members, providers, and pharmacies, handling benefits, prior authorization, claims, and clinical program enrollment across phone, chat, and email.

With 1–3 years of experience and an active PTCB/NHA certification, you will resolve inquiries, review claims for accuracy, and document interactions to ensure high-quality, concierge-level service across all channels.

Qualifications

• Active/current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA).
• 1–3 years as a pharmacy technician in health plan, retail, TPA, or PBM contact center.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy claims adjudication, benefit design, and PBM terminology.
• Detail oriented, adaptable, analytical with root-cause focus.
• Empathetic, curious, and focused on concierge member service across channels.
• Able to multitask and prioritize across phone, chat, and email queues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for members, providers, and pharmacies across phone, chat, email, and written correspondence.
• Field and resolve inquiries regarding mail order, benefit design, formulary coverage, medication cost, prior authorization, and claims adjudication.
• Support interactions across multiple channels while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and reviewing against guidelines.
• Support clinical pharmacists with patient outreach, enrollment in clinical programs, and adherence follow-ups.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems for continuity of care and compliance.
• Take ownership of issues from initial contact to final resolution, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and knowledge systems to resolve inquiries and ensure consistent member experience.
• Foster a cooperative, diverse team environment and take on additional duties as assigned.
