Job summary

Rightway is seeking a Remote Seasonal Pharmacy Technician to join the Operations team during peak season. You will serve as the frontline contact for members, providers, and pharmacies, handling benefits, prior authorization, and claims questions via phone, chat, and email.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of pharmacy technician experience, an active PTCB/NHA certification, and an associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. This fully remote seasonal role runs Oct–Feb in FL/TX/GA/TN.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Active/current National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA).
• 1–3 years of experience as a pharmacy technician in health plan, retail, PBM, or mail order settings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for members, providers, and pharmacies across phone, chat, and email.
• Resolve inquiries related to mail order, benefit design, formulary coverage, medication cost, prior authorization criteria, and claims adjudication.
• Support interactions across channels while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Assist network pharmacies in processing prescription claims and reviewing claims for accuracy.
• Support clinical pharmacists with outreach and enrollment in Rightway programs.
