Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred).
• HIPAA certified (preferred).
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other available means.
• Quickly assess the user's issue and provide first level support for resolution.
• Document information specific to the resolution and escalate unresolved issues expediently.
• Recognize operational challenges and suggest recommendations to management.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week with specified EST shifts.
