AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support patients remotely in a high-volume, phone-based environment. You will answer inbound calls, collect balances, and coordinate with pharmacists to ensure accurate, confidential patient records and timely care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• PTCB Certification or NHA certification and current certificate.
• Pharmacy technician registration with State Board.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.
• Remote/phone-based environment.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong computer skills across multiple software programs.
• Exceptional customer service over phone to doctors, pharmacists, and patients.
• Thorough pharmacy and drug knowledge.
• Knowledge of prescriptions, transfers and clarifications with clear written/verbal communication.
• Strong prioritization and organization.
• Confidentiality remains mandatory.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls from current patients and resolve their questions
• Collect on patient balances when patients have an amount due
• Provide an exceptional customer service experience in a closed-door, phone-based pharmacy environment
• Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and other medical professionals on patients’ behalf
• Partner with technicians, pharmacists, and specialists to ensure patients receive excellent care
• Maintain patient records with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Serve as backup support during higher patient call volume
• Assist with patient questions over the phone
