Job summary

Advanced Rx Management is seeking a dedicated Queue & ezMessages Support Specialist to assist PBOS operations. You will monitor queues, make outbound calls to pharmacies and physicians’ offices, gather missing information, and document outcomes with accuracy.

Strong phone etiquette and persistence are essential to resolve issues promptly while maintaining HIPAA compliance. In this remote role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams, escalate complex cases, and help reduce backlogs by following

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare administration preferred.
• Familiarity with pharmacy imports, operational queues, or healthcare info systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking across systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, clear communication with healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and resolve assigned queues promptly.
• Contact pharmacies and physicians to obtain information and documentation.
• Escalate unresolved issues per protocol.
