• Experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare administration.

• HIPAA knowledge and patient confidentiality are required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Professional, clear communication with external healthcare partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, and work queues to address requests promptly.
• Contact pharmacies and physician offices to obtain clarification and resolve issues.
• Maintain ownership of tasks and follow up until resolution or escalation.
• Identify recurring queue issues and communicate them to management.
• Ensure messages and outcomes are documented accurately in systems.
• Follow guidelines to handle requests within service expectations.
• Protect patient information per HIPAA and company policies.
• Participate in meetings and training; adapt to changes.
• Perform other duties to support PBOS department.
