Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree-Pharmacy (Required)
• Doctoral Degree-Pharmacy (Preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years-Related work experience (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years-Managing people, processes, or projects (Required)
• Licensed Pharmacist (Pennsylvania) - State of Pennsylvania

Responsibilities

• Assumes comprehensive oversight and accountability for pharmacy practice, medication use process, and transitions of care for Geisinger patients in their areas.
• Mentors and motivates pharmacy leaders and staff.
• Guides optimized, patient-centered care across pharmacy services.
• Roles model staff engagement and team dynamics.
• Evaluates current practice and plans for new programs with leadership input.
• Supports development of pharmacist provider and pharmacy technician as integral health care team members.
• Oversees recruitment and hiring processes and ensures standards and quality metrics.
