Geisinger is seeking a senior pharmacy leader to provide comprehensive oversight of pharmacy services across designated areas in Pennsylvania. You will mentor staff, shape clinical programs, and ensure coordinated patient care within the health system.

Qualifications include a PA-licensed pharmacist with a Doctoral degree preferred, and a track record of 7+ years in pharmacy leadership or related roles. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership in a clinical setting.

Qualifications

Licensed Pharmacist (Pennsylvania) – State of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of 7 years of related work experience; 5 years managing people, processes, or projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy required; doctoral degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive and strategic oversight of all pharmacy services for assigned areas.
Supervises, mentors, facilitates, plans, and administers all aspects of pharmacy practice.
Collaborates in development and growth of pharmacy services and ensures care coordination.
Leads performance improvement and ensures compliance with standards and regulations.
Oversees staffing, budgeting, and financial performance for assigned areas.
Develops programs, measures outcomes, and drives cost-effective medication use.
Works with physicians and other professionals to address medication management issues.
