• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.

• Performs all pharmacist duties and responsibilities for their practice area.
• Ensures best practice standards of clinical care, patient satisfaction, and efficient medication use processes.
• Evaluates the department’s current pharmacy practice and makes recommendations.
• Oversees development of new programs based on need and opportunity.
• Address and resolve employee and patient issues, consulting HR or leadership as needed.
• Performs performance management for assigned staff.
• Maintains adequate staffing levels and skill mix for patient care.
• Recruitment and hiring for assigned area.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation, regulatory and corporate standards.
• Develops and maintains department policies and procedures.
