Job summary

Qualifications

• State-registered pharmacy technician; national certification preferred.
• 1+ year of pharmacy technician experience; 5–8 years preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; ability to obtain licensure if needed.

Responsibilities

• Place outbound patient refill calls and process refill requests timely.
• Answer, triage and resolve inbound patient/pharmacy inquiries.
• Coordinate refills and ensure correct days supply; data entry and documentation.
• Support claim adjudication, troubleshooting and workflow efficiencies.
• Document activity across systems and protect patient confidentiality.
