Lumicera Health Services in Nashville, TN is seeking an Analyst, Pharmacy Quality to join our team. The role collaborates with area leaders to develop, implement, and monitor processes to audit key performance metrics and quality of patient care.

The Quality Analyst will review inbound service calls, document audit outcomes, and support training, calibration, and action plans with cross-functional teams. Travel to other campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in call-center quality assurance, performance evaluation, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Calabrio or similar quality management tools recommended.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Audit inbound/outbound interactions using scorecards for empathy, accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify trends and systemic issues affecting patient experience or performance.
• Coordinate calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency across contributors.
• Develop updates to scorecards, SOPs, and coaching tools.
• Support QA program compliance and root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.
• Travel to other campuses and training events as needed.
• Partner with Training to align QA findings with curricula and job aids.
