Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an Analyst, Pharmacy Quality to join our team in Des Moines, IA. The role collaborates with area leaders to develop, implement, and monitor processes for key performance metrics and audit outcomes.

It also involves evaluating inbound calls and supporting coaching to improve patient care and associate performance. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (bachelor preferred), QA experience in pharmacy or call-center settings, and proficiency with Calabrio

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in call-center quality assurance, performance evaluation, training, pharmacy operations, or related field
• Experience with Calabrio or similar quality management tools preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Participate in and support compliance program objectives

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion for helping teams succeed based on individual needs and feedback preferences
• Participate in a robust Quality Management Program with scorecards to assess empathy, accuracy, and policy adherence
• Identify trends and systemic issues affecting patient experience or workflow
• Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure scoring consistency
• Support QA findings with curriculum design and coaching tools
• Travel to other campuses and training events
• Other duties as assigned
