Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking an Analyst, Pharmacy Quality to join our team. The role collaborates with area leaders to develop, implement, and audit processes for key performance metrics and to monitor service quality delivery by associates.

The Quality Analyst documents audit outcomes, training needs, and action plans, partnering with teams to drive improvement and ensure regulatory alignment. Travel to other campuses may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s strongly preferred.
• Experience in call-center quality assurance, performance evaluation, or training.
• Experience with Calabrio or similar quality management tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adhere to compliance programs and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and audit inbound service interactions for quality and accuracy.
• Document audit outcomes, training needs, and development plans.
• Support QA program with calibration sessions and scoring guidance.
• Identify trends and propose improvements to processes and SOPs.
• Collaborate with Training & Development to align QA findings with curriculum.
• Travel to other campuses and training events as needed.
