ConnectMed360 is seeking a Program Support Coordinator - Pharmacy Technician for a full-time role. The position offers remote work options and a starting pay of $23 per hour, with various shift possibilities and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

Qualifications

• Required: Customer Service experience.
• Desired: Familiar with pharmacy terminology and billing codes.
• Proficient in data entry and computer skills; able to learn department software.

Responsibilities

• Receives and coordinates program referrals; handles savings cards, insurance verification, claims, and prior authorizations.
• Serves as primary contact for patients and physicians by phone.
• Identifies and forwards clinical inquiries to Staff Pharmacists; maintains patient profiles and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Ensures prescriptions are billed in accordance with healthcare regulations; communicates updates to supervisor.
