Job summary

Gainwell Technologies seeks a Pharmacy Product Analyst to oversee the entire lifecycle of products during project implementations, from requirements through go-live. They act as a trusted partner to multiple business units, driving initiatives from inception to execution with no direct reports.

The role requires 5+ years PBM/pharmacy implementation experience and deep PBM ecosystem knowledge, plus agile collaboration with engineering, architecture, and business teams. Fully remote in the U.S.

Qualifications

5+ years PBM/Pharmacy implementation experience.
Strong PBM/Pharmacy ecosystem knowledge.
Experience delivering products from intake to delivery, roadmap execution.
Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions backed by data analysis and prioritization.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships across product lines and stakeholders.
Oversee the implementation lifecycle from intake to delivery of new products and integrations.
Understand customer experiences to build relationships.
Lead cross-functional workgroups contributing to roadmaps and strategy.
Prioritize work to align with timelines and objectives.
Collaborate with design, architecture, testing and engineering teams.
Document requirements for system acceptance and adoptability.
Act as trusted advisor to business units and customers.
Foster knowledge sharing across the organization.
Evaluate and improve product configuration and supportability.
Serve as SME on assigned products.
