Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an Experienced Business Analyst - BPM/Training Lead to drive analyses that align IT solutions with client goals. You will act as a subject matter expert, bridging technical and non-technical teams, and mentor others while applying Medicaid pharmacy and care management knowledge to translate policies into clear requirements and training content.

Fully remote opportunity across most US locations; you’ll guide process modeling, training development, LMS

Qualifications

• 9+ years of business analysis experience in healthcare or government healthcare systems.
• Experience designing processes, workflows, and use cases with BPMN 2.0 or similar.
• Deep knowledge of CMS, MITA, Medicaid operations and compliance.
• Experience developing training programs and managing LMS activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, documentation, and optimization of business processes.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to gather and document requirements.
• Develop BPMN models, use cases, and training materials.
• Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-project analyses.
• Collaborate with policy, operations, clinical and IT teams to deliver solutions.
• Oversee training content, learning paths, and eLearning initiatives.
