Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of project management or delivery leadership.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex projects with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Identify and resolve issues impacting scope, schedule, quality, budget, or commitments.
• Partner with Business, Technology, Security, Compliance, Finance, and Operations for delivery readiness.
• Translate objectives into actionable delivery plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional discussions and decisions to align teams.
