Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Pharmacy Product Analyst to oversee PBM product lifecycles from requirements through go-live. You will partner with Implementation, Operations, Clinical, and Technical teams to drive initiatives, prioritize activities, and deliver impactful outcomes without direct reports.

The role offers fully remote work within the United States, travel up to 10%, and opportunities for professional development through leadership and technical academies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PBM or Pharmacy implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy/PBM ecosystems and deployments.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.

Summary

The Pharmacy (PBM) Solutions Analyst oversees the entire lifecycle of their products during project implementations, from requirements through project go live. They act as a trusted partner to various business units, including Implementation practice, Operations, Clinical, Account/Client Management, Customer Service, and Technical teams. This role drives initiatives from inception to execution, prioritizing key activities that significantly impact bottom-line performance. Notably, this position does not have any direct reports.

Your role in our mission

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines or business units, ensuring effective communication at all levels and fostering open dialogue with customers and stakeholders to identify and solve problems.
• Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from idea intake to delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or other offerings.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer experiences to develop customer relationships.
• Lead and participate in business and industry workgroups, contributing meaningful input into implementations, product roadmaps and strategy.
• Prioritize work to ensure development efforts focus on delivering the most impactful outcomes for business owners and stakeholders, aligned with required timelines and corporate objectives.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, testing and engineering teams to ensure solutions address business problems identified in strategic initiatives and projects.
• Work with business stakeholders to ensure proper requirement documentation, including those needed for system acceptance and adoptability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to support key business units and customers in available product offerings.
• Foster a collaborative environment for sharing knowledge, innovation, and learning across the organization.
• Work with internal departments and/or customers to evaluate and improve the configuration and supportability of products.
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned products

What we're looking for

• 5+ years PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management), Pharmacy experience including Pharmacy Implementation experience
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy or PBM Ecosystems is highly preferred and critical for success in this role
• Demonstrated ability to implement Products from intake and strategy through delivery, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement
• Hands on experience working in Agile Environments while partnering closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business Teams to deliver solutions
• Strong skill in converting Complex Business Requirements into Technical Solutions, Supported by Data Analysis, Prioritization, and Measurable Outcomes

The pay range for this position is$81,100.00 - $115,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
