Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an executive leader to own the testing strategy for Pharmacy Benefit Management across large Medicaid implementations. You will define enterprise testing standards, oversee multi-site teams, and partner with stakeholders to ensure quality and regulatory alignment.

This role requires 13+ years of leadership in testing, deep PBM knowledge, and experience managing vendors and budgets.

Qualifications

• 13+ years leading end-to-end testing strategy for large-scale Medicaid PBM implementations.
• Deep expertise in pharmacy operations including claims adjudication, formularies, DUR, rebates, encounters, prior authorization, and financial reconciliation.
• Experience establishing testing governance models, KPIs, executive reporting, and continuous improvement programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, governance, and execution of end-to-end pharmacy testing across Medicaid PBM implementations and production enhancements.
• Establish testing standards, methodologies, tools, and quality frameworks for SIT, UAT, regression testing, automation, and production readiness.
• Oversee multi-vendor testing teams and budgets, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Develop demand forecasts and resource plans to support implementation schedules and priorities.
