Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Pharmacy Product Analyst to oversee PBM product lifecycles from requirements through go-live. You will partner with Implementation, Operations, Clinical, and Technical teams to drive initiatives, prioritize activities, and deliver impactful outcomes without direct reports.

The role offers fully remote work within the United States, travel up to 10%, and opportunities for professional development through leadership and technical academies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PBM or Pharmacy implementation experience.
• Deep understanding of Pharmacy/PBM ecosystems and deployments.
• Experience translating business needs into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships across product lines and stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation lifecycle from intake to delivery.
• Understand customer experiences to build strong relationships.
• Lead business and industry workgroups influencing roadmaps.
• Prioritize work to deliver high-impact outcomes within timelines.
• Collaborate with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams.
• Document requirements for system acceptance and adoptability.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers on product offerings.
• Foster knowledge sharing, innovation, and learning across the org.
• Work with internal teams and customers to optimize configuration.
