Job summary

Gainwell Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Pharmacy Testing to lead enterprise testing across Medicaid PBM programs. The role drives testing strategy, standards, and governance with executive collaboration to ensure compliant, high-quality pharmacy solutions.

Remote role nationwide in the US, with travel up to 10%. The incumbent will manage large, distributed teams, budgets, and KPIs to deliver strong client outcomes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• This role requires extensive leadership of testing strategy for large Medicaid PBM programs.
• Deep knowledge of pharmacy operations, PBM platforms, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression, automation, and production readiness activities.
• Ability to manage distributed vendor teams and complex budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing strategy for Medicaid PBM implementations and production improvements.
• Set testing standards, methodologies, tools, and quality frameworks across SIT, UAT, automation.
• Collaborate with executives, product teams, and state stakeholders to align requirements.
• Oversee multi-vendor teams, defect management, and delivery timelines.
• Develop resource plans, budgets, and quarterly operating forecasts.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and risk mitigation to ensure program health.
