Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years relevant experience in pharmacy operations preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician license / certification / registration as required by state laws.
• General PC knowledge; MS Office, Internet, Outlook.
• Excellent oral, written and phone communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
• Experience using basic math for dosing calculations and Excel manipulation.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to develop and assist team members.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and make independent decisions.
• Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pharmacy Operations team comprising administrative, operative, and technical roles.
• Review and resolve complex pharmacy-related issues beyond Call Center.
• Coordinate schedules and workflow for the team.
• Oversee escalations in complex pharmacy operations.
• Develop programs and process improvements to enhance customer service.
• Coach and provide feedback to employees on quality and productivity.
• Ensure team and individual performance standards are met.
