Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking a Pharmacy Supervisor to manage pharmacists and technicians remotely, with on-site flexibility as needed. The role requires Indiana licensure, leadership experience, and a focus on meeting service and quality standards.

You will oversee staffing, training, and performance, drive workflow improvements, and partner with the Senior Pharmacy Manager on policies and business plans. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, PharmD or equivalent and licensed in the state of employment.
• 3+ years pharmacy experience; 1+ year in leadership; preferred Express Scripts experience.
