Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services, a part of The Cigna Group, is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of a team of inbound phone technicians serving specialty patients.

You will monitor productivity, direct workflow, coach staff, and ensure service metrics are met, with a Monday–Friday 8a–5p EST shift. Requires 3+ years relevant experience and Pharmacy Technician license preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in pharmacy operations.
• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Internet, and email; Excel and PowerPoint skills valued.
• Excellent oral, written, and phone communication.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and quality.
• Leadership experience and ability to coach team members.
• Ability to collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
