Hone is a fully virtual online medical clinic focused on longevity and transforming healthcare. We are seeking a healthcare operations professional to manage prescription processing, data entry, and liaison with pharmacy partners in a remote-first setup.

You will coordinate with internal and vendor partners to ensure timely shipments, resolve errors, and learn our software platforms while maintaining strong regulatory awareness. Experience in telemedicine is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years in a healthcare operations role.
• Awareness of telemedicine regulatory and legal requirements.
• Professional communication with healthcare providers and vendors.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to learn software applications quickly.

• Process new and refill prescriptions accurately using e-Prescribing software.
• Coordinate with internal and vendor partners to ensure timely medication shipment.
• Complete data entry for prescriptions, lab orders and internal tracking.
• Investigate and resolve prescription and lab order errors.
• Own the relationship with pharmacy partners, including quality review and demand forecasting.
