The role requires telehealth operations experience, strong medical terminology knowledge, and proficiency with pharmacy management software. You will verify prescriptions, assist care coordinators, and help ensure quality and regulatory compliance in a remote work

Qualifications

• 2+ years of telehealth operations or provider support
• Strong understanding of basic medical terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and technology
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to patient care

Responsibilities

• Telehealth Operations Support: assist in integrating telehealth services into pharmacy operations
• Pharmacy Clarifications: manage incoming/outgoing clarifications with providers
• Higher Touch Pharmacy Initiatives: support patient adherence programs and medication therapy management
• Resource for CCT Medication Process Questions: guide care coordinators on medication processes
• Prescription Verification: review orders for accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Quality Assurance: ensure operations meet quality and safety standards
• Documentation and Reporting: maintain records and generate performance reports
• Continuous Improvement: identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Assisting providers on logistical and operational pharmacy questions
