Hone Health is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will report to the VP of Pharmacy and Lab Operations and act as a subject matter expert through the medication fulfillment process.

In this role you will process prescriptions, coordinate with pharmacy partners, ensure timely shipments, and maintain data accuracy. You will be patient-centric and work in a fast-paced, high-growth telemedicine environment.

Formación

• 2-3 years in healthcare operations, preferably in pharmacy or lab ops at a telemedicine startup.
• Experience with pharmacy and/or lab software applications and prescribing workflows is a major plus.
• Regulatory requirements in telemedicine must be understood and maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Process new and refill prescription medications accurately and efficiently using e-Prescribing software and other internal tools
• Work closely with internal and vendor partners to ensure proper and timely shipment of medication by reviewing and resolving any gating tasks
• Attentively complete data entry including prescription authoring, lab order generation, and other internal tracking tasks
• Investigate issues with prescriptions and lab orders to identify and resolve any errors or incomplete items
• Own the relationship with our pharmacy partners, from launch of new medications through ongoing quality review and demand forecasting, so patients get their prescriptions on time and without interruption.
