The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in healthcare compliance. The position is remote in the United States, with responsibilities spanning licensing in pharmacy and related healthcare fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of healthcare licensing, compliance, or credentialing experience.
• Experience with state licensing boards or regulatory agencies preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, track, and renew licenses, registrations, and permits across jurisdictions.
• Maintain licensing records and monitor expiration dates; ensure timely renewals.
• Coordinate with state boards, regulators, and licensing vendors.
• Research licensing requirements for new jurisdictions and services.
• Assist in investigations of licensing discrepancies; support audits and inspections.
