Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Compliance Pharmacy Licensing Analyst to manage licenses, registrations, and permits across jurisdictions. This remote role focuses on maintaining records, monitoring expirations, and coordinating with boards and vendors to ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized with healthcare regulatory experience, strong analytics, and excellent communication skills to support licensing initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma or GED with five years in compliance-related experience.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Regulatory Affairs, Public Health, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in healthcare licensing, pharmacy compliance, regulatory affairs, credentialing, or related function.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, submit, track, and renew pharmacy and healthcare-related licenses and registrations.
  • Maintain licensing records, databases, and documentation with accurate data.
  • Monitor license expiration dates and ensure timely renewals.
  • Coordinate with state boards, regulatory agencies, and licensing vendors.
  • Research licensing requirements for new jurisdictions and services.
  • Assist in investigating licensing discrepancies or compliance issues.
  • Produce reports on licensing status, renewals, inspections, and compliance activities.
  • Partner with Legal, Operations, HR, Credentialing, and Pharmacy leadership.

With over 1,400 team members, we care for more than 100,000 people across all 50 states.Job DetailsThe Compliance Pharmacy Licensing Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining business, pharmacy, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, wholesale, and other healthcare-related licenses, registrations, and permits across multiple jurisdictions. This role ensures ongoing compliance with federal, state, and regulatory requirements by coordinating licensing activities, monitoring regulatory changes, maintaining accurate records, and supporting audits and inspections.The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in regulatory compliance within a healthcare, pharmacy, or pharmaceutical environment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, submit, track, and renew pharmacy, pharmacist, pharmacy technician, and other healthcare-related licenses, permits, and registrations.Maintain accurate licensing records, databases, and documentation. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis.
