Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a Senior Regulatory Adherence Analyst - Pharmacy Licensing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive licensing implementation program across the organization.

You will collaborate with Licensing, Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs to integrate licensing requirements into workflows and support growth initiatives. Telecommuting is available nationwide in the U.S.; strong communication and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare regulatory licensing or related compliance.
• 1+ years of experience with state regulatory pharmacy licensing and multi-state Board of Pharmacy requirements.
• 1+ years of experience managing multiple deadlines with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a pharmacy licensing implementation program for openings, acquisitions, ownership changes, remodels, and closures.
• Create standardized project plans, methodologies, tools, and governance for licensing across multiple pharmacy lines.
• Lead cross-functional implementation efforts with Licensing, Legal, Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Operations, Facilities, Credentialing, and stakeholders.
• Establish project tracking, reporting, and performance metrics for milestones, risks, and timely completion.
• Evaluate licensing workflows and develop improvements to increase efficiency and compliance.
• Serve as subject matter expert on pharmacy licensing requirements for internal guidance.
