American Oncology Network AON is hiring a Remote Pharmacy Technician to support patient medications, adherence, and prescription barriers. You will document data across CPR+, ORCA, and ONCO EMR, ensuring accurate patient profiles and timely orders.

You will assist in helpdesk ticketing, follow-ups for SP orders, and provide superior customer service while maintaining HIPAA compliance. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• High school education required.
• Active/Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician permit in the state of residence; Florida permit if applicable.
• Two years’ experience in specialty, retail, mail order, or hospital pharmacy as a pharmacy technician is required.

Aufgaben

• Document patient information accurately across CPR+/ORCA, ONCO EMR, and other pharmacy systems.
• Facilitate communication between the pharmacy, clinics, physicians, and vendors via helpdesk tickets and portals.
• Follow up on SP orders and support PA, PAP, SP, BV, and claims adjudication as needed.
• Provide premier customer service and timely, accurate responses to inquiries via phone, email, or portal.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulations; assist with training and process improvements.
