Job summary

American Oncology Management Company is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to manage outbound calls with patients, caregivers, and health care professionals regarding medications, adherence, and prescription barriers under supervision. Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Active/Unrestricted Pharmacy Technician permit in the state of residence; Florida permit if applicable.
• Two years' experience in specialty, retail, or hospital pharmacy.
• Ability to work remotely as required.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and documentation across CPR+, ORCA, ONCO EMR; accurate patient setup.
• Manage pharmacy help desk tickets via Fresh Service; coordinate with clinics and vendors.
• Follow-up on specialty pharmacy orders and provide patient/status communication.
• Coordinate call center communications and ensure timely patient follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and SOPs.
