Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, business admin, or related field.
• Five years of project management experience in healthcare/administrative or related area.
• Three years of cross-functional leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage scope, costs, planning, and deliverables.
• Strong communication and cross-functional team leadership.
• Analytical and business process development skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate matrixed teams to implement Pharmacy Innovation projects.
• Monitor budgets, timelines, and risks; communicate with stakeholders.
• Represent leadership in committees and manage cross-divisional interfaces.
• Develop project work plans and monitor progress.
• Mentor and train staff on Excellus PM methodology.
• Maintain project portfolio monitoring reports.
