Job summary

ITW is seeking an Implementation Specialist for a remote, travel-heavy role in the US healthcare tech space. You will lead product implementations, train customers on hardware and software, and ensure smooth Go-Lives across pharmacies and healthcare sites.

Ideal candidates have a CPhT credential, 3+ years in pharmacy, and experience with pharmacy automation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize processes and drive customer success while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• CPhT certification is required.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• 3+ years in pharmacy, retail independent preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy automation equipment.
• Experience with pharmacy automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation tasks to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction.
• Train customers in hardware and software usage to vital usage levels.
• Assist Implementation Manager in defining processes, procedures, and controls relevant to team activities.
• Provide positive customer interaction, developing relationships at all levels, from Stakeholders to Pharmacy Technicians.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical and technical processes.
• Excellent and thorough competency in product implementation methods.
• Able to gather customer requirements, practices, and design concepts and provide best practices and procedure consulting.
• Identify and escape business improvement opportunities within the organization as appropriate.
• Establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional team members.
• Other tasks as assigned.
