Job summary

ITW is seeking an Implementation Specialist to work remotely with travel to pharmacies, healthcare organizations, and the corporate home office. You will lead product implementation, integration, and customer training across multiple product lines.

Key duties include driving Go-Lives, training on hardware and software, documenting processes, and building strong stakeholder relationships. CPhT is required; pharmacy experience and travel up to 75% are essential.

Qualifications

• CPhT required.
• Experience with pharmacy automation preferred.
• BA/BS preferred.
• 3+ years in pharmacy (retail independent pharmacy experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation tasks to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction.
• Train customers in hardware and software usage.
• Assist the Implementation Manager in defining processes/procedures/controls.
• Provide positive customer interaction and develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical and technical processes.
• Excellent and thorough competency in product implementation methods.
• Gather customer requirements and provide best practices and procedure consulting.
• Identify and pursue business improvement opportunities where appropriate.
• Establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams.
• Other tasks as assigned.
