Job summary

RxSafe, LLC is seeking an Implementation Specialist for a remote role requiring travel to pharmacies, healthcare organizations, and the corporate home office. The position focuses on product implementation, integration, and customer training across multiple product lines.

You will train customers on hardware and software, define processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize solutions and achieve timely Go-Lives while meeting business goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in pharmacy, preferably in retail independent settings.
• CPhT certification required.
• Experience with pharmacy automation equipment preferred.
• BA/BS degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel and be on-site with customers 75% of the time.
• Strong training, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation tasks to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction.
• Train customers in hardware and software usage to achieve optimal utilization.
• Assist Implementation Manager in defining processes, procedures, and controls.
• Build relationships with stakeholders from pharmacists to technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
• Other duties as assigned.
