RxSafe, LLC is seeking an Implementation Specialist for a remote role that requires travel to pharmacies and healthcare organizations. You will drive product implementation, integration, and customer training across multiple product lines to ensure successful Go-Lives and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong clinical and technical knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent travel to customer sites.

Competenze

• CPhT required
• Experience with pharmacy automation preferred
• 3+ years in pharmacy (retail independent preferred)
• Experience with pharmacy automation equipment
• Ability to travel and be on-site with customers 75% of the time
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proven ability to meet tight project deadlines
• Training skills and abilities
• Strong writing skills
• Proven interface testing experience
• Solid understanding of networking, databases
• Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Proactive problem solving and strategic thinking
• Collaborative and adaptable, leading by example
• Excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking
• Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
• Understanding of people-related processes and customer deliverables

• Perform implementation tasks to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction.
• Train customers in hardware and software usage to high utilization levels.
• Assist Implementation Manager by defining processes, controls and procedures.
• Build positive relationships with stakeholders from pharmacy technicians to leadership.
• Demonstrate expertise in clinical and technical implementation methods.
• Gather requirements and provide best-practice recommendations.
• Identify opportunities for business improvement within the organization.
