Job summary

ITW seeks an Implementation Specialist (remote) to lead pharmacy software implementations, train users, and drive Go-Lives across pharmacies and the corporate office.

Travel up to 75% is required. CPhT required; 3+ years in pharmacy; experience with pharmacy automation; BA/BS preferred. You will gather requirements and define processes with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications

• CPhT required.
• Experience with pharmacy automation preferred.
• BA/BS preferred; 3+ years in pharmacy experience required.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and remain on-site with customers as part of duties.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform implementation tasks to ensure timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction.
• Train customers in hardware and software usage to optimal levels.
• Define processes, procedures and controls relevant to team activities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and pharmacy technicians.
• Gather customer requirements and provide best-practice consulting.
