Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our remote team. Under the Director of Enrollment & Reconciliation, you will maintain enrollment and reconcile medications across client sites and systems.

The role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and collaboration with pharmacists and care teams. The ideal candidate has 3 years of pharmacy tech experience, demonstrates excellent communication, and is registered or eligible to register with the State Board of Pharmacy within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of pharmacy technician experience preferred; will be registered or eligible within 60 days of hire.
• Proficient with MS Office; strong data entry accuracy and typing speed.

Responsibilities

• Perform medication reconciliation by comparing patient profiles between Eirene and client EHRs, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.
• Update participant photo records for MAC programs across CK Labs systems; coordinate image updates with internal teams and clients.
• Generate and distribute monthly MARs; verify accuracy and coordinate electronic or physical delivery per client preference.
• Reconcile Schedule II substances; review dispensing records and maintain DEA-compliant documentation.
• Oversee LTC dashboard in Eirene; monitor KPIs and support operational decisions.
• Provide timely status updates to clients; track tasks and resolutions per SLAs.
• Support urgent projects, drive process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
