Job summary

Actalent is seeking a remote pharmacy data-entry support professional based in Orlando, FL. You will perform accurate data entry across two screens, communicate prior authorization decisions by phone, and document outcomes in our systems.

Responsibilities include following managed care procedures, maintaining productivity targets, and providing courteous customer service to members and providers while using MS Office and other applications. Training is provided for the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a pharmacy support or clerical role.
• Accurate data entry with high attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills across multiple applications.
• Customer service experience handling calls from members, clients, or providers.
• Administrative support including documentation and order entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Clear written communication for documenting information.
• Ability to perform in a production-driven environment and meet performance metrics.
• Experience with managed care/pharmacy information preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate pharmacy data entry across two screens and multiple systems.
• Handle calls with members and providers to communicate prior authorization decisions.
• Document call outcomes and prior authorization decisions in systems.
• Follow procedures for pharmacy services and managed care processes.
• Maintain production and performance goals and output.
• Provide professional customer service to members and providers.
• Use Microsoft Office and other applications to support admin tasks.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to ensure smooth workflow.
• Maintain schedule adherence including breaks and rotation.
• Support printer and office equipment as needed.
