Job summary

HCSC is hiring for a fully remote Pharmacy Support Technician who will assist pharmacists and care teams across the U.S. You will engage with members to resolve issues, coordinate with providers and pharmacies, and ensure access to care in a remote environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to policies, efficient outreach, and strong documentation. A CPhT with active licensure is required, and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in health care/insurance.
• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and current state licensure in good standing.
• Active state licensure required; bilingual Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacists, pharmacy coordinators, and programs through member outreach and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, providers, pharmacies, and members to resolve issues.
• Facilitate access to care and provide high-quality member support for pharmacy programs.
