Job summary

Colorado Psychiatric is seeking a Fully Remote Customer Care Pharmacy Tech to serve home dialysis customers. This role emphasizes order placement, prescription management, and top-notch service while adhering to pharmacy regulations.

The candidate must hold a licensed and certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), with 2–4 years in a clinical customer service setting. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred, and a HS diploma is required; associates/bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–4 years of customer service in a clinical setting.
Licensed and certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders via telephone accurately while complying with regulations.
Verify customer information, quantities, and product usage on prescriptions.
Ensure HIPAA-compliant patient interactions.
Resolve questions, complaints, and service issues by root-cause analysis.
Track shipments and coordinate with transportation teams.
Expedite shipments and handle back-ordered items.
Process returns and request customer credits.
Collaborate with Routing, Transportation, Sales, Credit & Collections.
Meet performance targets for quality and service levels.
Work remotely with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
Support operations with a flexible schedule within 7:00am–6:00pm CST; closing shift.
