Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Pharmacy Guide to drive high-volume member outreach and enrollment, helping members stay adherent to medications and access support programs. You’ll build trust quickly, listen deeply, and tailor conversations to each member's needs in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with pharmacy teams, clinicians and financial assistance programs, navigate barriers, and document all interactions while meeting performance demands.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume member-facing role involving outreach, engagement, enrollment or retention.
• Ability to influence decisions through active listening and personalized communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; explain complex information clearly and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume outbound calls via an autodialer to engage members in medication adherence and health support programs.
• Build trust quickly by asking thoughtful questions and identifying underlying barriers to care.
• Use active listening and personalized communication to work through member hesitation and influence actions that may improve health.
• Enroll eligible members in pharmacy, financial assistance, medication adherence, and care support programs.
• Investigate member issues, identify root causes, and resolve needs with sound judgment.
• Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and internal clinical teams to support continuity of care.
• Document interactions accurately and manage follow-up responsibilities to ensure resolution.
