Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a Pharmacy Guide to help members stay on medications and access care. This fast-paced, outbound role relies on empathetic communication and problem-solving to enroll members in pharmacy, financial assistance, and care programs.

You will spend most of the day on outbound calls via autodialer, document interactions, work with clinical teams, and meet measurable performance goals in a dynamic, remote setting with flexible shifts ET.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-volume member/customer-facing outreach or enrollment role.
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through listening, curiosity and tailored communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication, ability to explain complex information clearly and compassionately.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume outbound calls to engage members in medication adherence and support programs.
• Build trust quickly by asking thoughtful questions and identifying barriers to care.
• Influence members toward actions improving health through personalized communication.
• Enroll eligible members in pharmacy, financial assistance, and care programs.
• Investigate issues, identify root causes, and apply sound judgment.
• Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and clinical teams to resolve needs.
• Research questions using internal systems and AI-assisted tools.
• Document interactions, manage follow-ups, and own member needs to resolution.
• Adapt to evolving tools, workflows and priorities; apply coaching to improve performance.
