Hometown Pharmacy is seeking a Remote Pharmacist to provide centralized pharmacist support to multiple locations from a remote setting. You will perform pharmacist verification, review prescriptions for safety, and ensure compliance with federal and Wisconsin regulations while collaborating with pharmacists, technicians, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license
• BS Pharm or PharmD from an accredited school

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacist-level support to Hometown locations from a centralized remote setting.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, interactions, dosing, and safety.
• Communicate with pharmacy staff, prescribers, and leadership.
• Assist with regulatory compliance, documentation, and audits.
• Support immunization and clinical initiatives within scope.
