Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD and at least one year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Current Pharmacist license for the appropriate state.
• Experience motivating team members to research and resolve issues.
• Willing to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to travel up to 10% for business.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care programs, including MTM, Immunization Services, and Payer/Pharma Adherence programs.
• Drives compliance and quality improvement in delivery of patient care and services.
• Drives regional pharmacy financial performance by aligning strategies with goals.
• Supports efforts to enhance patient experience through healthcare services.
• Provides clinical consultation and knowledge to patients, doctors, and insurance plans.
