Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD with at least 1 year of retail pharmacy experience.
• Active Pharmacist license in the appropriate state.
• Experience motivating team members and handling confidential information.
• Willingness to work non-standard hours including evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time (within state and out of state).
• Experience delivering customer service and meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement direct patient care programs such as Medication Therapy Management and Immunization Services.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and FDA regulations; monitor and redesign processes as needed.
• Drive regional pharmacy financial performance by aligning strategies with goals and maximizing reimbursements.
• Support patient experience through consultations and access to wellness services.
• Provide clinical consultation to patients, doctors, and insurance plans; train and support staff.
